Q. Do you stock your stainless steel shower grates?

A. Yes, basically 99.9% of all our stainless steel shower grates are in stock all the time. If we are out of stock of a particular size, we remove it from sale.

Q. How long does it take to receive my stainless steel shower drain?

A. We usually dispatch 99% of our orders orders the same day. We use UPS express saver who usually quote us 3 - 5 days for delivery. Major cities are usually 3 days.

Q. My shower grate is white not stainless steel?

A. All our shower grates come with a white plastic protective sheet. This is easily peeled away once drain is installed.

Q. Can you do custom drains?

A. Yes, email us as sales@showergrates.com for a quote.

Q. Where are we located?

A. We are located in Sydney, Australia. We have been in business since 1957.
